I love this. And your idea of some crossover characters is brilliant.

Imagine if Daniel Jackson suddenly had Cypher's abilities, after all it already fits what he can do. Or Jack O'Neill with LongShot's power. Or of Pretender fame, Jarod gaining shapeshifting abilities like Mystique's.

Really the possibilities are endless.

I do have one request: The main characters of the Big Bang Theory developing mutant powers. They don't have to stay long at the mansion, but it would be funny for a chapter or two.
