I'd truly love to see this spun off as another, compete HUGELY chaptered story, especially with the images of the people you selected as the characters involved. I agree with the choices, although I can't really see any Slayer hanging on to Jethro - in either version - past a quick one nighter. Granted, he's a strong, sweet kid, but that's about all he is. He's too.. well, /stupid/, to be honest, to be any kind of a match for any Slayer for long.
Although, he might just be the perfect match for Dana, as the poor Slayer was insane prior to the Calling. His gentle nature and disposition might be the thing she needs to slowly work her way back to what we (laughingly) call Reality and Sanity...
Jed and Granny would be very quick to assume positions where they are needed and can be useful. Granny has an in with the back woods brewers and witches, who probably have a view of magic unfamiliar to Willow and the rest, which could help. Jed can bring a strong sense of family to the Slayers who aren't lucky enough to be part of Giles' Crew, as well as bringing more modern hunting techniques to their arsenal - 'cause there's no way that I can believe a physical being can shrug off all the effects of modern weaponry while still being vulnerable to crossbows. Massive trauma is massive trauma, after all.
Besides, he can think way outside the box.
Ellie May would help the family feeling by basically adopting every Slayer she meets as kin, and that means a lot to mountain folk...

I liked this a lot, but I didn't understand the foreshadowing for the "Brad" character. Meanwhile, I must say that the Clampets would be a good addition to any slay-central. At least Granny with her potions and cooking.

How does that work? The Council didn't activate slayers. That was an automatic process. And with Elly May not being dead there won't be a next potential activated.

Wow. I can just picture the Clampetts beating up demons. All demons better run screaming. Too funny. I can just see Granny adopting all the Scoobies and slayers. Imagine what that will do for the slayers when they want to satisfy their double H's after a night slaying, with Granny keeping an eye on them. More please!

Loved it! It's been a while since I've seen any of those old shows, so I can't remember what the "brad" family would be. It's kind of bugging me, because I feel like I should know it. Any help?

Till the one day when the lady met this fellow. And they knew that it was much more than a hunch, That this group must somehow form a family, That's the way we all became the Brady bunch.
The Brady bunch, the Brady bunch. That's the way we became the Brady bunch.
