The bar is McGinty's from the show Early Edition. I had a thought to cross that with BTVS but I could never quite get there and this was the result. Thanks for the review.
I like your story. I sincerely dislike the pairing, because Buffy's decisions and actions since the third season (with exception of the fifth) definitely sullied her in my eyes. But the story was nice.
Sounds like a fresh start is just what Xander needs. I hope he finds what he is looking for in Chicago (or maybe when he gets back to Cleveland to see Buffy :))

The stats say that this is a one-shot and is finished, yet the story leaves so much hanging and has a real ability to be expanded.
