Review of chapter "Chapter One" from kdakmmt
I tried to read this but I just dislike deadboy too much. He may not have been in his right mind when he killed Giles but if I remember correctly he chose to become twilight leaving the responsibility in his hands. The writing was good in the 1 chapter I read.:)

Review of chapter "4" from (Current Donor)Sithspit
Nice. Short, to the point, and you know where to end it. You should teach classes to some of the other folks around here about "When Is It Time to End the Fic".

Lol when I start a story I usually have a general idea of how long it should be and where I want it to lead. If at all possible I make outlines of dialogues, actions, and events. Thank you :)

Review of chapter "3" from leelaa
Yet another great chapter. Thank you so much. :)
Would love to see this go on for many more chapters yet. But if you do stick with wrapping this up early, I really, really hope the ending is on a positive (happy) note. Not someone's demise - at peace or otherwise.
Also, you write Faith superbly, be it crossover or non. Thanks for some great reads.

Review of chapter "Chapter One" from Gideon
Powerful start to this story. Forgiveness is never easy but I don't think there will even be many people trying to forgive, apart from Faith. I hope she cans top this from getting any worse, before even thinking of any way to make it better.

You're probably right in that

Review of chapter "Chapter One" from leelaa
Superb. Your descriptions are evocatively vivid. The fic idea is excellent.
Angel, Giles and Xander are all - when push comes to shove - willing to do whatever it takes, no matter how harsh, to serve a purpose they *believe* rightly or wrongly to be right. Wesley joined them in the 'ends justify the means' wagon and took over as driver only much later.
Ironically, when the characters get judgmental, it's always obviously emotional. Buffy *should* be the most ruthless, but is actually the leash that reins in those of that ilk.
Looking forward to seeing the Angel-Faith interaction develop further. Don't know if you're planning to keep it platonic or otherwise, but it made sense that no matter what, she wouldn't turn against him, even with how close she and Giles had gotten.
It also made sense that Xander would turn against Angel, especially for something as devastating as Giles' death. He did long before the Angelus clause was found out. I love Xander so long as there isn't too much of a focus on his opinion of Angel. It's an opinion that leaned towards the 'want him dead' from the start, and only the reasons kept getting modified and added on to. Loving two characters that are that hostile can get damn annoying.
And I don't think Willow has any moral high ground. Actually, no one in the Buffy/Angelverse does, probably. They have all messed up, with collateral damage in the fatality column. And plain malice abounds in the lot almost as much as heroism. But they have all picked up again, making for more complex, sharper-edged and way better characters.
Thanks for writing this chapter. :) Eagerly looking forward to the next one to see how this story develops.

Review of chapter "Chapter One" from espinosaca
I actually agree with Xander. Angel might not have been in his right mind, but that's what happened when he turned back into Angelus in canon too. I find it the height of torture to keep a soul trapped inside a dead body, especially a dead body that constantly feels the need to kill. BTVS has shown it to be almost simple to take over a vampire's body or suppress the soul within it. How many times has Angelus been released? It'd be a mercy to Liam to kill him fully.
Comments from author:
I kind of agree with you too...Angel should have been killed a long time ago, and making Liam suffer for what Angelus does is just wrong. But it's canon to the comics lol

Review of chapter "Chapter One" from AllenPitt
She'll need to relocate; there are a lot of people now who want Angelus dead, and for that matter anybody who had anything to do with shutting off the magic. No new slayers can be called, no magic works etc. Up side--it's possible that no new vampires can be 'sired'. Wouldn't that be weird?
My guess is that they almost all died out, then just before Fray's time, the single surviving one realized the magic had come back, and was able to start it up again. it'd be weird if that was Spike or Angel (though I doubt they'd want to do that...)
There'll be a lot of pissed off slayers hating Buffy for her part in this...

This is following and expanding upon the comics so you'll see soon where they end up living. It's canon
