Good job gradually building up the repoire between ISWC and NCIS: no instant trust, no total acceptance. The uncomfortable collaboration made the story all the more plausible for me.
This was a great read - I think it might become one of the few stories I reread without having nothing else to do. The ending was excellent, such a neat wrap-up. Thanks for writing, and for posting.
