Beautiful. You have found the perfect job for Buffy. With her non-threatening appearance, her personality, her experience - she can relate well to the SGC personnel and their traumas; and also can be handy if something hinky happens like a Goa'uld infiltration.
It would be interesting to see how SGC recruited her - they obviously know she is something special.
It is also good for Buffy herself - nice to see her get some downtime from her formerly grinding-down life.
Hope you do more stories with Buffy Summers, psychologist extraordinaire :-)

I think this is the perfect way to fit Buffy into the SGC. She did quite well as a school counselor and she has a very good understanding of what the SGC personnel go through on a regular basis.
