Omg that was such bad timing! Cool story though

The reasoning behind HOW Buffy ended up dressed as Alice was a bit tenuous- you could have just made it that “Twilight” was already published or something like that; it’s not like “Buffy”’s timeline has ever been THAT dependent on things happening in particular years-, but otherwise you’ve definitely got an interesting story here.

While a part of me wishes that Alice had been given more of an opportunity to ‘let rip’ on Spike’s forces while she was still in control- she might depend on her visions in a fight, but she’s still strong enough so that she’d hardly be useless without them-, I can’t fault her interaction with Angel and the others, ranging from ‘Soldier-Xander’s’ incredulity to her own ‘connection’ with Angel due to his pre-existing relationship with Buffy.

Buffy’s subsequent attempts to deal with Alice’s powers and thirst came across very well, as you neatly explore her new capabilities while still coming up with SOME ways for Buffy to be hurt despite Alice’s greater strength compared to most of Buffy’s current opponents, along with such touching little moments as her spending Christmas with Angel and Dawn (Even if it was interrupted by demon infiltration, that scene with the Powers suggests that there’s a LOT more going on in their relationship than the obvious).

Plus, of course, the confrontation with Kendra and the consequences of it should DEFINITELY be interesting to see in the long term (Just so long as this changes the circumstances of Kendra’s ORIGINAL death; the possibilities of the scenario you’ve created are just too promising to pass up).

Just a suggestion, but maybe after Angel loses his soul Buffy could use Alice’s gift to determine a way of modifying the curse so that his soul’s permanent (You know, since she can see the future based on decisions she might be able to ‘see’ what changes would result in Angel retaining his soul for good, or something like that)?

Well, keep up the good work; can’t wait for more!

Well, at least the presence of those 'higher powers' suggests that things might not go as badly as they did originally- sounds like they like the idea of Buffy and Angel staying together, after all-, but I guess we'll just have to wait and see...

Still, at least they had a good Christmas before everything goes to hell with Angelus's return.

Each new chapter keeps getting better than the last, and it's been great from the start. Keep up the excellent work.

Yes, that is what it meant. I haven't decided if I am gonna kill Kendra off when Dru slits her throat or if I'm gonna have Buffy turn her. But that's not for a while anyways.

I actually like how Kendra sympathizing with Buffy. It's realistic and true to I think Kendra's nature. Very good and I love it.

Cool chapter. I always liked that episode, and you managed to make it dramatic by increasing the danger to Buffy from the guy that turns into diamond. He got away too, so will he try again?
I'm glad Buffy has managed to increase her control too, if she can maintain her presence of mind in the face of Kendra's slayer blood then that bodes well for the future. Interesting that Dawn smells so good too.
I noticed you still have "your" when you should have "you're" and a couple of spelling errors but nothing major.

Thank you for the review. Yes, her control is getting better by the day but she is Buffy. If she can come back from the dead two times then I think she can master a bit of bloodlust in a great time of need. Though I will let it be known she only barely did and the only real thing that saved Kendra was that Buffy had fed the night before with Angel. Also thanks for mentioning those mistakes. Eventually I'll be going over each chapter and proofreading it again. I'll be sure to fix that as I go.
