So she has an imprint of Rose's memories or at least Rose's feeling for the Doctor, but everything else says she's almost a body clone of the Doctor with his memories rather than Rose's. An interesting mystery.

This is an interesting story problem, because she appears to know who the Doctor is from his perspective, not from Rose's. Perhaps from Bad Wolfs knowing all and everything. A rather bizarre idea of the Tardis with Rose as Bad Wolf deciding to bring back "the perfect woman" for the Doctor, but tinkering with her to make sure.

Wow! This was a really interesting chapter and it was nice to get some idea of what is going on. I'm still dying to know what happens next! And if the Doctor will recognize Buffy or not.
