Honesty? If you mean saying ´Hey, guys, need help´, I think those wrist mikes are push to talk, and Hotch never had the chance to use them. Of corse, there´s something to be said for shouting, ´over here´ but I thought he looked disoriented enough in that scene not to think clearly.
As far as keeping the supernatural under wraps, the team´s discovery of his secrets in Quest will definately have an impact. And he´s not the only one...
