The little girl is Ava Elizabeth "Buffy" Davis

The owner of the gruff voice is either her Uncle, William "Bill" Davis, or the butler, Giles French.

I often thought that Joyce Summers was probably a fan of the show when she was a child, and a Mrs Beasley doll was one of her prized possessions. She may have named her own daughter after the TV character.
