This is not to say Dawn knows or does not know about Methos.
Let's face it, Methos' strict avoidance of the Game (for reasons a lot more solid than Buffy's dislike of Slaying) would appeal to her if she knew. If she didn't--Methos appreciates the irony of being Normal Guy to her. It means he's doing it right.

I adore the pairing, truly. Many, many moons ago, I wrote the first Dawn/Methos story on TtH (and possibly the net: I wrote it because I'd spent months trying to find it!) Sadly, I deleted it some years back in shame, and my personal back-up was on a crashed harddrive.
I think they would match well, but I tend to ship both of them with a fair good many others.

Sorry, Hitchiker's Guide flashback there. Seriously, I loved this story. Its great to see Dawn handle herself so well, tho her story could use some work. Maybe she needs to work with Xander on it for the future. Or worse as punishment for something have to work with Andrew on it! Nice use of Adam - just a regular guy - Pierson too.
