Review of chapter "Waking To A Machine, A Cat, And A Young Man" from raxadian
Review:
Well, would it be possible to give Buffy Holo a portable holographic transmitter?

I give you River Song's favorite saying: "Spoilers!"

Review:
Nice touch with the 'hey you!' there. Also, very nice chapter. I love the touch of Hermione insisting she be called Mrs. Weasley.
Comments from author:
Thanks! I try to catch my readers' attention before they click out of the chapter. And I was thinking that it would be just in her character to get all huffy with these guys, especially when some dude comes at her like he knows her.

Review of chapter "Identities" from HMaxMarius
Review:
As a certain golden-eyed android might enunciate... Intriguing.

Although I must cry foul, as the promised explanations from chapter three did NOT appear in chapter four. ;)
Comments from author:
Damn, you're right. Totally spaced on that. It had been a while between updates, and I forgot about my promise. This week, I will fix that. You have my word. Sorry!

Awesome! Data as Cain had me rofl.
Comments from author:
Yeah, and it's hella fun to write, too. I figure he's been around enough bad guys in his hundreds of years to be able to accurately portray Cain in all his badass-ery. Thanks for reviewing!

So, teleporters can remove magic? I think that must break a rule or two of Star Trek, since they don't seem to negate the powers of aliens with special abilities. Or Q or just any being with powers in Star Trek story that could be considered magic.
Comments from author:
I assure you, this, too, will be addressed in the next chapter.

Review of chapter "Identities" from raxadian
Review:
This part is interesting enough to be its own story, only you could use the biblical Cain instead of Data pretending to be him.
Comments from author:
You know what? I think you're right! Maybe I'll write it out as a story like the Ensign and Captain wrote it. Thanks for the awesome idea!

Review of chapter "Meeting Cain" from raxadian
Review:
While this story has potential, the fact that includes Harry Potter and SG1 makes me think "Not again”. Letś see how it goes. This is not meant as offense to the story is just that I am a tad tired of stories with Buffy, SG1 and Harry together in the same universe, unless Harry is non magical and the SG1 cast don't even know what a Stargate is and don't use one.
Comments from author:
I assure you, valued reader, that as much as I love the Stargate universe, it does not show up in this fic. I think you have it mixed up with Star Trek?

Review of chapter "Carrion" from raxadian
Review:
Going from "magic is real" to "Harry Potter is real" is big jump. Also if the books are based on real events, that would place the last battle with Moldy Shorts in the late eighties at the most, meaning Harry and others would be in their forties by the date Jonathon sugests. Since the books have to be written after the events.
Comments from author:
I promise: all of this will be addressed in the next chapter. Thanks for reviewing!

Review of chapter "Hermione Weasley, nee Granger" from PATM
Review:
Data understands kidnapping right? I don't like the way he does things in his exalted position of
a time traveling starship Captain. He learned nothing from Picard! The dialog and crew intro's are well done. The books of fiction were proof that the potter verse is real? I'm looking forward to you working more on this. I'm guessing that the Buffy story is solely a Holo deck construct to keep the number of characters to a minimum and keep the slayer line to Buffy with Willow and Xander as her team. The spell to create the Slayer army was temporary in effectiveness, yes?
Comments from author:
Wow, slow down there! Don't tell my story before I can, lol. Yes, Data understands kidnapping, but as he and his crew has the technology to pluck you from your time-stream and return you there with your memory of it erased, or even stop himself from taking you in the first place, he really doesn't see the inhumanity of such an act. He still has a lot to learn. As to the books of fiction indicating that the Potter-verse is real. . . I must confess that I stole that idea from Wizards of Waverly Place. As to Buffy. . . I'll get there. Patience, grasshopper, and all will be revealed. . . in Time.
