Wow, you made Travers a good guy. I am shocked, on the other hand you made the whole Council of Watchers WORSE than canon. I was not sure that was possible.
What a great story, dark, but great. Thanks!
Comments from author:
Travers and the Council deservedly get a lot of bad press. But I wanted to show what could have happened. The reason why he is a better man is in Portrait of the Artist, and chapters 74-75.

So, what exactly was done to Collins and weathrby? I didn't get the character reference.
Hope to read more soon.

Comments from author:
There's an (in)famous scene in Pulp fiction when the characters of Bruce Willis and Ving Rhames are captured and taken to a bondage dungeon where the latter is raped. Unlike them, Collins and Weatherby do not escape... I think.
Glad you enjoyed it, thanks for reviewing.

So that is how Snape saved Granger. So glad to see that Frank is done killing, but I wonder how he is going to be feeling towards them when he wakes back up after being shot in the head?
Comments from author:
Yup. The many secrets of Severus Snape. As for Frank, that is another story for another day. But not to charitable, no...

And Frank is continuing his journey, though it seems to be at an end. The last two have been taken out, and those imprisoned freed. It's sad, since had he waited a bit more, he might have found Diana and learned that where Faith was, but no use crying over spilled milk. No doubt they'' be found soon enough. Far more important, Faith learns she has someone she can trust, someone who cares for her once more. The importance of that is great. Even if Frank hasn't found her yet, at least she has Diana. Wonder who the redhead Diana liked was... and if we'll get to see her (or a descendant/relative of her). Huh. Robin will have a lot of guilt to work through. But since Frank isn't really dead, well, that should help. Let's hope he gets back up pretty soon. After all the other riders have already convened. So, Quentin explains it all. I liked Snape showing up, and his interactions with everybody. Darius was quite right, of course, but Snape's comments on Neville were hilarious. So, he knows of Iphigenia, and we know what was intended for her. That makes her name quite ironic. You need to explain more about the differences of power between channelers and wand wizards. Because we've seen channelers do things Wizards could never do, not to mention channelers who are also spirit wielders. I do wonder what Severus refers to when speaking with Albus, though I'm sure we'll eventually learn. Wonder how he did what he did, and who knows of it. I think it'll be in the open pretty soon anyway - After all, the head of the house of Death is coming to visit... So, all that remains now is to connect the pieces. Frank needs to meet the others, including his former companions. The New Council needs to meet with Simon, and Faith and Diana with both the new Council and Simon. I suppose we'll be seeing how that happens soon enough. Can't wait for it.

Yes, Frank is continuing his journey and he will appear again. Frank was still not entirely in his right mind and he is utterly convinced of Faith's death. And he agreed to stop persecuting Watchers at just the wrong moment...
Yup, Diana is going to be a huge help for Faith right now.
Robin's guilt will be assuaged by the fact that he was tortured/humiliated by Frank. Not to mention kidnapped and imprisoned.
Quentin seemed the right person to 'make with the 'splainy'. I like writing Severus Snape. I admit I chose Iphigenia's name on purpose. Evil bad me...;-)
I'll go into the power differences etc when the Family hits Britain. A lot of things will be explained then.
Thanks for the corrections. The Loyola thing only shows up on the site, annoying that.
