It's pretty good, if short, and at least it's not the same halloween events rehashed for the N squared time. I do wonder what having Crane memories instead of soldier memories does to the rest of the season, though. If Xander doesn't know enough about military things to get a rocket launcher and beat the Judge, or wiring explosives to turn Mayor McSnake into Snake McNuggets, that presents a bit of a problem, no?

I never really thought about it. I was just struck with this idea that Xander and Ichabod had a lot in common. Then the story just wrote itself. I think the last half could be fleshed out. Hm... you do present an interesting idea about the rest of the season. I wish I could say I might write more with this idea. It's always possible, but I'm trying to finish my chaptered fic The Winter Here. If you have any idea or want to give it a try yourself, you're welcome to it.
