You should include Samantha Carter in this collection of Sams. Oh and the Sam from Burn Notice should find his way into Dawn's collection too.

I have all five Sams worked out but I was having problems fitting one of them into the Drabble format, put it aside, and forgot about it. I really must get back to it. But the Sam from Burn Notice won't be one of them; I've only watched a couple of episodes of the show and couldn't write it.

Both of these are fantastically funny drabbles. You have a great comic sensibility which is really coming through in this series. I especially enjoy the way the second drabble plays with the premise of the series. It's interesting having a case of mistaken identity in a series based on the premise of mistaken identity. Now to the burning question: Who are the other Sam's? I've only got three guesses. First Sam Tyler from life on Mars. Who wouldn't want to see Dawn in Manchester in the 70's. Extra special bonus points if Gene Hunt is present. I know from the references in your work that you've read a lot of classic sci-fi and fantasy and I think you'd try and mix it up by having at least one old school character. So I'm going to go with Mahasamatman from Lord of Light. Lastly Sam Seaborn because he's the only other Sam I could think of that the other reviewers haven't guessed. I know one of them has to be Sam Carter. You've written to much SG1 fic for it not to be her. Anyway I'm looking forward to seeing if I'm right so an update if you please.

I started these just before I went off to the WriterConUK convention and breaking off for that completely derailed my train of thought. When I came back I started on something else and completely forgot to go back to this. Now that you've reminded me I'll get back to it - but I'm working 10-hour night shifts right now and probably won't be able to do any writing at all for the next 4 days.
