Well, this one is just crying to be expanded into a longer story. There's so much background unexplained as well as a lot of present danger to be dealt with. I rather suspect Harry's non-magical friends and co-workers might provide needed and helpful alternate viewpoints (there's nothing like having someone, totally un-involved in an effort, review things to see where you missed the forest for the trees - I'm speaking from experience here).

I do have plans for this and am working on it as my muse dictates.
The plot is mutating from what I had originally planned for it to be, but that's not necessarily a bad thing, either.

I've thought a time or two myself that that actor should play an older Harry in something. Of course, he is American, but I guess in this case that's part of Harry's disguise, hmm? At any rate, I'll certainly read more if you do come up with a way to expand this ficlet.
Comments from author:
Well, sounding American would definitely help him hide form anyone looking for him, wouldn't it? ;-)
And I hope my muse decides to do more with this one, too.

That was nice! I don't think that there are too many crossovers of this sort going around the Internet. I'm sure that Harry does a nice job as Jimmy... but I'm reasonably sure that McGee might figure something out by himself. He's quite awesome himself, you know?
Comments from author:
Yeah, you're right. McGee is quiet and fairly unassuming, but he's definitely not a pushover. If he was any kind of milquetoast, Gibbs would have dumped him long before this.
