Review of chapter "Chapter Three" from AllenPitt
Review:
Some kind of religious order, then. And I'm sure connected to Buffy's dream somehow. A slayer in Roman times who went Christian? Maybe the first to do so?
Must be one fearless group, willing to have a whole mess of slayers angry at them.

Just re-read this one, and wanted to say I'm quite intrigued.

Hope we see more of this sometime soon. ;-)

Uh oh, the 'they' who kidnapped Dawn want her because of the Key!! The plot (and danger) thickens... I'm loving it! I wonder what "lock" they want to open and what for? Also it seems whoever 'they' are, they must be pretty powerful to have vampires working as minions for them... It definitely doesn't seem good for Dawnie that's for sure :( I loved Dawn's whole POV this chapter - it was very well done.

Anyway, thanks for the update! I look forward to reading more!!

Ah. Gate crashers. They need a particular night or positioning of the stars no doubt. They probably have anti tracking spells and such. I wonder what Willow's relative power is here. Looking forward to the next installment.

Review:
Rather slow moving; too many details. I think it should be no surprise that the group broke up. That last year was a mess for all of them. As regards Buffy, as has already been mentioned, the rejection and being kicked out of her house, on top of everything else she had gone through, was clearly the final straw that broke the camel's back. Why would she want to continue to be close to them? After all she had been through since getting yanked out of Heaven?

Now as regards the rest of them separating, not terribly surprising. Life moves on. It is also possible some of the collective GUILT I HOPE they were feeling about how they treated Buffy had something to do with it as well.

Review of chapter "Interlude One" from AllenPitt
Review:
it must be a really important lock they want opened, because they're well enough informed to know that Dawn has some very powerful friends. Useful byproduct--finally some more info about her Keyness might emerge. That whole 'can only be used once in thousands of years' only applied to the thing Glory wanted to do, probably.
So right now, she's just an object to her captors. She needs to pull a reverse-Stockholm syndrome and get at least one to see her as a person. Long babble-fest about her life, maybe?
I take it Dawn doesn't know much magic, then? Certainly not anywhere near Willow's level. (and the fact they're willing to have Willow mad at them is very interesting). All we need now is some Knights of B.

I think Dawn may have her work cut out for her, this bunch don't seem to be as deeply stupid as the usual suspects :(

Review:
Hmmm. What has Buffy been doing if she hasn't been speaking to her friends? And what will happen when she finds out all those changes in Little Dawnie's life she knows nothing about...

Review of chapter "Chapter Two" from LeaFairy
Review:
This was another great chapter! I loved the "first" meeting between Buffy and Willow - you wrote the awkwardness really well. I am also very intrigued by the whole mystery of Dawn's kidnapping. The lengths "they" went through to even get to Dawn (the Slayer's sister; someone who's probably protected better than almost anyone else) and then whatever "they" are doing to keep her hidden (even from Willow...) seems really suspicious. It's probably not a regular kidnapping then... Huh.

Anyway, thanks for updating! I look forward to reading more - especially to find out what is happening with Dawn!!

Review:
Seal? Sounds like they want to open something. It has to be something really important, or this group wouldn't take the risk of pissing off a worldwide organization composed of slayers. they have to know there's going to be a lot of grief over this...so presumably there's a reward worth making enemies like that.

Good internal monologue from Buffy there. She may not know quite what to say to her best friend or her sister but she does still care. You probably don't need to describe everything in quite so much detail though.

Review:
Great second chapter! I liked seeing Buffy in teaching slayer mode and I also liked seeing things from her POV on why the Scoobies are all separated - It really is everyone fault that they all drifted apart, not just one person. It does seem like that Buffy still hasn't fully accepted Dawn as a grown-up though (especially because she wasn't physically there when Dawn's growing up was happening...). Well, it sure to be a surprise when they finally met again and she finds out about Dawn's boyfriend, and her smoking :-)

Thanks for the update - I can't wait for some Dawnie rescuing! :D

And we all know what happens on Tuesday! I guess Buffy will be getting those special flights after all :(
Well done on the original characters, you really filled them in well and made them seem real in such a short time.

And yet another Bad wants Dawn. How many of her classmates died trying to help her? A sad thing when families drift apart. No mention of hte Immortal...I wonder if he is still in the picture. Also no great wealth, apparently. How is the Council funded?

so to retrieve Dawn the old gang has to get back together? Maybe even talk to each other face to face? Realize how much they've drifted apart?
