Maybe I'm wrong, but it seems getting the right people together is more important to fulfilling the prophesy than relying on any single artifact/'gift'.
So, can Buffy reveal Dawn's gift without having to explain her history? How creative a story can they think up?

I didn't think it possible but this series is getting better and better! I hope you have more planned since we are just starting to get to the good stuff. I hope Buffy or Dawn are at least carrying a backpack or something or it will be obvious the gift is not an artefact at all. Will Buffy be taking the Scythe with her? I bet that would be another surprise for General Landry! A lot is riding on Dawn so I hope she can handle it.

Yay! I'm so glad you are continuing this series. I love Buffy/Daniel pairings almost as much as I love the idea of Buffy getting to go through the Stargate to fight Big Bads on other planets. Its also nice to see Dawn getting to play an important role, but without the bratty business often associated with her. I can't wait to see where you take this next!

Great series, the only problem I have is that I would have preferred this to be a single story - I can't track a series on tth. I could track all your stories, but you're prolific (good!) and you write in a lot of crossovers I'm not interested in (sorry) :P
Anyway, let me repeat - great story, great series, hopefully there will be more and I will catch them.

Very nice. I must admit I would have liked to see a little more of the integration of Buffy in the SGC, but I'm that sort of guy. Nice way to convince Landry, and I loved the description of Dawn cutting herself and Buffy's reaction. I ownder if Willow's powers would function on other planets in your verse. Greatly looking forward to the sequel.
