Oz would be the one.
Considering that the thunder god himself himself was considered unworthy by Odin, the curse he placed on Mjolnir that only someone worthy of the power of Thor--thoughtful, circumspect, and able to respect boundaries without losing his warrior edge--could pick it up would bar Thor from doing so unless he grew the hell up.
Until then, looks like Oz fits the bill.
