I just recently started watching BBT with its recent syndication. So luckily what you referenced makes sense but I fear the cross may also be something I am not familiar with either. As the only Penny that springs to mind is the one from inspector gadget and that doesn't fit the clues you've left.

So...tentatively hopeful. good luck

I hadn't actually planned to cross BBT with any other fandom at this point in time, although some of my original characters may somewhat resemble other fandom characters!
