got this one on tracking. Only one thing how can Eliot get free from Faith and Buffy. Faith I would understand because she didn't fight a lot of humans with fighting ability but Buffy took a good trained military team out in a few minutes. So she knows what their next move could be. Buffy is to smart to be taken by surprise.

Good beginning and can't wait for the next chapter. I hope Eliot ends up with Buffy because when he is so good he can surprise her than she could be interested in him. And if I got the impression right he already is.

Eliot's ability level is probably as far above a military team, whatever their training, as hers is; just with only human strength. And a hell of a lot more will to action when it comes to harming humans than she does. At least, IMHO. =)

Uh-oh, Parker! Your temporary success may cost Elliot even more blows to his ego before this conflict is over. (Maybe they'll throw him a bone in the end, though, and let HIM beat the crap out of Roger Wyndham-Pryce in revenge for getting him into this mess in the first place.)

Let's see. This might be Roger W-P, who'd blame them for his son's death, maybe. If it's Wesley, somehow surviving NFA, he'd definitely blame them for "letting Fred die" --Angel called Giles and was rather rudely rebuffed when he asked them for help with her. Yeah, I could see Wesley being real upset with the new council. I wonder what's in the safe that's worth bringing a slayer shit-storm down on him? Meanwhile he'd enjoy using Elliot to get the files; probably related to Lindsey? Two birds, one stone, in his view.
Too bad Buffy & Faith have never seen Lindsey, so they could appreciate what's going on a bit more. Hm, if it is Wesley, then he's likely got Illyria with him, so he has reason not to be as worried as otherwise. Maybe Spike & Angel, too. They'd all be a bit miffed with the slayers.

Talk about running a gauntlet. OUCH! Yeah, I'm really looking forward to more of this one, whenever you get the chance!

lol I remember a leverage crossover that had a similar plot to this (Wesley senior set them up too I think...or it might have been Travers. Had more Nathan in it, too)

Personal canon: no way on this earth is Eliot normal. He'd have been dead a million times over, just from what we've seen happen on Leverage, nevermind his backstory or any possible connection to Lindsey McDonald.

On more serious note: the one thing Buffy and Faith are still limited on is their weight: he can throw them off. Whether he can keep them off, yeah, is another story. This *is* just a snippet. =)

But he got caught anyway and ended up in Giles' office. This was a great prequel but how about a sequel where maybe the leverage crew learns a bit more, but not everything. Or are you going to do more prequels showing how each member got caught?

I wasn't the one who wrote the fic where he ended up in Giles' office, actually. Great minds think alike, I suppose. =) There probably will be more of this eventually, but I don't promise they'll conform to the plotline you're thinking of.
