Next chapter: Angel arrives (I had to chop the part from this chapter as it interrupted the flow of teh story), a glimpse into movements behind the scenes, and the beginnig of the fight.

Sorry, I hit a snag with this chapter. Fortunately I'm working in chapter 10 where the action will get moving again. Besides I'm setting part of the plotlines for another story in the series with this (mostly the ones dealing with the past/future incident of the Enterprise-A.) Angel will arrive to Sunnyhell in the next chapter, and we'll see part of what Adam and the Queen are doing.

This was good. Even if I can't keep up with all the strings of the plotlines.

Well, it's not going to be much complicated that it is now, and some plotlines are there for the sequels (three planned at the moment).

Now ^that^ is one eeevvvillll paradox and if thought about to hard will definitely give you a right old migraine. You know the sad part? I want to twist it a bit more and strain not only time but reality and the dimensional barriers a bit more by adding a few more things to the scenario that you've provided and I know how far it will stretch but not if it will break. More please!

I'm seeing that I'm going to have to clarify the "alternate universe" bit. The story is set in a universe that combines both the Slayerverse and the Trekverse. In short, if any of the Scoobies lives enough, World War III will come in schedule in 2053... in this universe. I have the rudiment of a multiverse concept with each universe being a combination of a stablished fictional universe, and the Slayerverse. That's what the older woman was saying, in the universe of origin of her younger counterpart, this never happened because its future wasn't the Trek future.

What an interesting take. Im not familiar with this toni character... If she's a n original, she fits well. I really like how it seems to be her story, with the whole star trek time travel idea of "let's fix what ain't broke" thing. Its working so far. I look forward to more!

Toni is an original character, that was created to bridge the TOS movies and TNG era in a lot of Trek stories that I have planned (some of them are in ffnet, maybe I'll post them here later).

I almost missed this cool crossover. Time travel with a Borgified hellmouth general knowledge of the slayer story and a reborn Adam. Hand to hand with the Borg? Stand off and Kill Them, I'm not kidding! Borgified Vamps and demons trumps fisticuffs and cool kung fu moves.

General knowledge of the Hellmouth? Let's say that the Admiral has good motives to know about that, and of course afterwards Starfleet is going to classify the incident way beyond top secret.

I like! this has promise to become something quite epic if you do it with the right finesse. Can't wait for more.

Finesse. God, I have never been too good in that. If I can keep Mary Sue... err, Admiral Castro from break the story too much, maybe.

This shows promise, I wonder how well the temporal prime directive is going to be maintained with the chaos that's going to happen. I'd like to see the whole timeline go pear shaped for both the Borg and the federation and have something entirely new in its place as if the war with the Borg went global then what are the odds of magic and demons staying secret?

I'd like to see what an earth with magic and technology combined together could do. As if you have magic mixed with salvaged Borg tech you could see a whole different galaxy. And the Borg would then be in for a whole heap of trouble.

As much as I would like to (maybe I'd do a version of the story where they do that), I have planned at least three other stories in the series that are all over the Star Trek timeline, as well as a couple of Trek stories with cameos of BtVS characters.
