Shouldn't Xander use the robotic parts to make himself some power armor? That way he could also prevent a hostile from using his weapons against him, by placing the power cell in the power armor and using somekinda power-connector to power the gun.
Luckely, there is enough inspiration for power armor looks in strips/manga/anime/games/ect.

Perhaps but the memories he received from Halloween are of a guerrilla fighter/commander who uses low tech weapons due to the effectiveness of enemy sensors and scanners. Thanks for the review.
just found this, looking through it for the first time.
Willow didn't start having anything to do with magic till pretty much the end of season 2, so Giles has no reason to know about Willow's power or talk about lessons near the beginning of the story. And I really hate the thrall idea.
Especially since Buffy can't just tell someone is a vamp just by looking so she already knew Angel well by the time she found out what he was.

Looks like there's a few unintended consequences of Angel basically mind raping Buffy way back when - wondering if the Hellmouth sort of spread his thralldom around and so made it easier for the Scoobies to accept him, with Kendra being affected some after her arrival. A sort of bleed over effect that was what allowed the vamp in Jamaica to woogie her mind as it did.
Notice that the description of the Jamaican Vamp was rather close to Angel, so maybe it's a blanket effect as well, now if Dru pops up and gets some slack cut for her unexpectedly, I'd say it carried over to his line, maybe just for brunettes perhaps???
Want to see what Queen C had in store for Our Hero, so hoping The Muses inspire quickly!!

*snicker, sing song voice* Xander's in trouble. Xander's in trouble. Xander's in trouble. *normal voice* I can't ^wait^ to see what they have planned for him.
BooYa!! Good to see you back on this; liking the way it's going. Had to re read it - any excuse will do - and saw the Seer Vampiress' reading/prophesy about Xander training a group of women... Obviously, Cordelia is the start, and if Jenny is a quarter as smart as she needs to be to do her jobs, she's next in line.... I hope.
Be pretty sweet if she's well enough trained to either escape and evade Angelus later on or hand him his fanged butt...
Wondering how close the Cordettes are here and if they are worthy of the Comsquare's attentions... And yes, I mean /those/ attentions too. Can't let Cordelia have /all/ the fun, right?
In the Buffy 'verse, is the Idunine and other Blackcollar drugs still in Xander's system enough to be broken down and analyzed... and reproduced even if in a lesser form? Sort of a version of the Super Soldier system....
Edit: Marcie Ross!! Not necessary that she be gone already, this is YOUR 'verse we're talking about here, after all!
..... Besides, her and Faith are two of the ladies I'd like to see get the training and Xander time...

First off, thank you for the review. Of course Jenny will be trained by Xander and what she'll do to Angelus, well you'll have to wait and see. As for who else will be trained by the Comsquare, I have some ideas. Unfortunately using Xander's blood to create a Super Soldier serum wont happen, at least not yet.

Regarding weapons in the Blackcollar universe - from TVTrope:
"The Blackcollars' use of technologically simplistic weapons is due to the Ryqril having technology that tracks and counters more advanced weapons such as laser rifles.
This doesn't mean the Blackcollars can't combine more advanced weapons with their standard loadout, such as using simple slingshots to hit enemy sensors...hit them with sticky clay pellets containing lumps of radioactive plutonium that will degrade the sensors and render them blind for a coming attack."
