Sounds like an interesting premise. I'd love to see a follow up, maybe a meeting between Connor and Ivy. Would Connor have differing abilities from canon? Can he hear the Green? I'm not too sure how Ivy's powers work, I'm not a big DC reader, so excuse any mistaken assumptions.
How will this affect Ivy? Will she still hate Man, since her son is Kryptonian, and thus not-Man? How will she respond to connor? In human birth, I know that there's a lot of hormones floating in the mother's system, which might cause a bond between mother and child. will Ivy have a bond with connor without the help of hormones?

The idea has much potential. Hope to see an update in the future.

I like it. Like it so much I had a similar idea once upon a time as a joke. I give you a tidbit near the end of Chapter 8 of Child of Rao....

Who knew Kryptonian DNA was so compatible to Metahumans and aliens? Let alone people with Plant DNA?

Nicely done. I really enjoyed the whole young justice series though the overreaching story arcs didn't allow for some of my favorite villains like Poison Ivy to play too much.
