Review of chapter "Chapter Thirteen -- Meltdown" from DieselDriver
Review:
Well, when does Nancy Drew show up? ROFL. Yeah, I read a few of those too. So apparently Oz has found a way to pretty much control his shift? It's nice to see that he survived in this story.

Review of chapter "Chapter Six -- An Explosive Prize" from DieselDriver
Review:
"miniature solar system right?" oh my, that model is just SSSsooooooo obsolete. LOL Quantum Mechanics pretty much demolished it. Electron clouds and quantum linking etc. Even a relatively simple electron beam and slit experiment shows that electrons are not strictly particles, nor are they strictly waves. Very strange from a macro point of view. Also makes obsolete all the stories that used to involve a person shrinking down forever and ever getting smaller, "The Incredible Shrinking Man" is one such. There was another one I can't remember the name of that was pretty cool, involved a creature from a universe many levels above ours in size and he was encountering them in order as he shrank through their respective sizes, eventually descending onto the earth from an atmosphere of a gas giant and our universe was a minor part of an upwelling of gas, hence the expanding universe.

Buffy has been hiding her light under a bushel of bushels or she wouldn't be best friends with a genius. With everything on her plate and Snyder too and she still passed with halfway decent grades has to be indicative of that.

Willow is just scary smart! They'll like that there. Wonder if Tom's got a grandson, oh wait, never mind, Oz will be there shortly... Oops? Buffy could use a boyfriend...

Review of chapter "Chapter Two -- Job Descriptions" from DieselDriver
Review:
Bwahahahahahaha! Buffy needs to work on her muscleyness... RIGHT!

BTW, when I saw the title included "Girl Genius" is suspected that there would be a crossover with the web comic. So, we'll see. Tom Swift was a boy genius so it still fits.

Review of chapter "Chapter One -- Internship Ho!" from DieselDriver
Review:
Good start. Sure different from the last one I read which was the Capt. Tripps one. Haven't read the stand in a long time but it was just yesterday compared to when I read the Tom Swift books. I'd guess I was about 10 or 12 then... 50+ years ago.

Review of chapter "Chapter Six -- An Explosive Prize" from vitruvian
Review:
Sorry, but 1 kg of antimatter reacting with regular matter won't cause any kind of chain reaction that would destroy the world. It will, however, act like about a 43 megaton bomb, so bad news for whoever's in proximity.

Review of chapter "Chapter Thirty -- The Cobra Speaks" from KJA
Review:
I was surprised and excited to see a Tom Swift Jr. crossover fan fiction. My public library used to have the Tom Swift Jr books and I read them about twenty years ago. From what I remember you have done a good job of keeping Tom and company in character. I also like how you have gone about crossing it over with BtVS. I am now tracking the sequel you are writing and I look forward to seeing how Willow, Buffy, and Oz's future adventurers with Tom and SSI will play out.
Comments from author:
I tend to do crossovers with a lot of weird stuff, and I read TSjr, starting in the 60s. I'm glad you're enjoying it. Thank you!

Review of chapter "Chapter Twenty Four -- Interception" from unicornzvi
Review:
I'd like to say this is a very enjoyable story, it has well written characters, and interesting plot and the story itself is well written. Unfortunately it also has descriptions of "science" which are close enough to real and detailed enough that I can't simply skim over them or dismiss them as magic and get on with reading the story.
Comments from author:
Welcome to Tom Swift science! Oh yeah it's bad. I'm a chemical engineer and parts are painful to write, but to stay true to the crossover material, it has to be done that way. The repelatron is always the worst one.
