Review of chapter "Chapter Thirty -- The Cobra Speaks" from starwolf
Review:
I had some Tom Swift books as a kid, but couldn't get into the first one. then I found Tarzan, the Mars books and Doc Savage and never got back to them. that makes this a fun introduction to something I had 40 years ago. it was a great ride, thanks

Not familiar with the crossover material, but still a very fun read. Kept moving very fast, despite all the technobabble that got crammed in sometimes, which takes skill. Thank you for writing!

This was an interesting story, even though I wasn't familiar with the cross. Thankfully, you did a good job helping those of us get the gist of the series. It was a little long, but nothing a little editing couldn't fix.

You did an outstanding job mixing the two fandoms and bringing the world of Tom Swift to a new audience. This story brought me back to those books when I was a kid.
Thank you.

BZG,
Congratulations! As one of those Tom-Swift Yahoo group guys, I must say that you will always have a place at our group table. I only hope that you will either gather the whole thing together and post it there, or give one of us permission to do so.
And, I have to tell you that I have been enjoying some of your other cross-overs (Star Wars, The Champions, etc.). Clever stuff! One thing… do you plan to revisit the Champions' piece? It certainly could be enhanced and stretched for those of us who have very fond memories of that sadly short-running series.

thanks for this - I haven't read Tom Swift in decades, and I don't remember most of it (I was more into Nancy Drew), but I think I have a couple in my library I should check out. :)

That was fun. Maybe now I'll get off my butt, and get some writing done on my own TSJr crossover, that I've kicking some ideas around for.

Thank you for the story. While I never read the Tom Swift books, I did get a Tom Swift jr book back in the 70's from my grandmother. Can't remember the title. It was the one with the jet submarine. Man, did the hook set deep. I used to beg my parents to stop at this amazing used book store about halfway on our 9 hour trips to my grandmothers house. It was the only place I ever found them. They always agreed - it kept me quite and NOT fighting with my younger sister(she was very Dawn like). I eventually got to read most of the series. I still remember those books very fondly. Thank you for bringing back such fond memories of time well wasted as a child.

That was fun, and I hope it leads to all sorts of AU-ey goodness for the Buffy-verse characters over the next few years.

Review:
Wow! Willow was not only destructo-girl she was also action-girl, fighting the currents of rushing seawater and swimming her way to the sub. I hope Oz didn't get too stressed waiting for her! The problem with backup power and UPS systems is they still have to hook up to the same computers and sabotage is much harder to deal with than just an external power failure.

And his plot would have succeeded if not for those meddling kids! But maybe he's already got enough for liftoff?
Comments from author:
Well considering everything is pretty much flooded or contaminated right now, I think he has other problems.
