I don't know, if it's a book about a slayer's travails, then it seems like it should end up with the Council since they are the only ones likely to understand the full implications of what is in the book. Helen would most likely assume that the girl in the book was an abnormal going around killing other abnormals. She seems like the one actually least likely to understand its implications. Other than that, Giles and Daniel going at it is a funny concept that I enjoyed picturing. Maybe Xander and O'Neill should have just walked off to the side of the room and started having a rock, paper, scissors game to fill the time.
Comments from author:
Playing rock-paper-scissors, talking 'Simpsons' and games... Maybe I need to do a follow-up.
Of course, if Giles and Daniel had just pulled their respective heads out, they could have gotten the book first.

You should do a follow-on to this. Why do Helen Magnus and Sam Carter look so alike? Relatives? etc. Not to mention... Helen M would probably regard slayers as a form of Abnormals.. imagine a slayer chasing a vamp or demon into a Sanctuary; Helen protects it figuring it's being persecuted.....and so on. Same same if it was a Goa'uld.... just to get slayers and the SGC into it.

*gigglesnort* Yep, the end was perfect. Could have been expanded just a touch. Whenever I see () comments in the middle of a story, I usually assume the author was being beaten over the head by their muse and didn't have time to flesh out the smaller details. The great little idea overrides that little complaint though.
