Good work the Exiles fit perfectly and set up them looking into Peter's past in the future.
He has no memories and knows of Wolverine and your forgetting that they have access to a database of all known universes in the multiverse so looking into his past would be no problem at all

Why would the Exiles look into Peter? He's just another in a long line of Spider-Men that they ran across.
I liked Spider-Man working alongside the Exiles to free his companions, as well as them getting teleported away before they can answer any questions.
Complications ought to arrise if one or more spies hung back to observe Spider-Man and the Exiles in action: Zetsu, Sai or one of Danzo's Roots, maybe Kabuto, maybe Ao from Mist, etc.
Pain's Animal path specializes in summoning. Would that let him sense the Exiles' arrival and departure from this reality? Even though they don't use chakra, would the Rinnegan let Pain see/sense/perceive their unusual 'physical energies'?
Did any of the Exiles bleed or leave behind any hair, bits of skin or flesh, etc.? I'm sure if Orochimaru would find any samples to be of use. I remember that Mimic gets killed by Proteus, so Orochimaru or Kabuto could bring him back via Edo Tensei to interrogate him about traveling to other dimensions and/or order him to mimic Sasuke's Sharingan, etc. Worse case scenario, Mimic copies Pain's Rinnegan [he once copied the Phoenix Force but didn't stay in close proximity long enough to make it last*] so Orochimaru can rip open a portal to the Panopticron. Even if Orochimaru doesn't figure out how to travel to other dimensions, he'd likely be more interested in the Stasis Gallery where previous Exiles and WeaponX members are stored who he'd steal for study and dissection: Magnus, Thunderbird, Sunfire, She-Hulk, Maverick, etc.
*From the Marvel-wiki: Mimic could copy any superhuman abilities within seconds of being near the host however if they travelled far enough their powers were instantly lost unless he had spent 1 hour close to them in which case he kept their abilities.

I've yet to actually see the shippuden part of the series so many of these questions are ones I can't answer. The disc should be on its way to me though. I used the Naruto-wiki to find Sai read up on him, read other fics with him in them, and played games where he's a character, which is the only reason that he's a part of the world that I'm working with.
From what I know of the character you might say Morph is a different version of Zetsu. White shapeshifters and all that.
No idea how Pain would interpret the comings and going of the team either.
No plans for evil clones or anything at the moment either.

Very nice job with the Exile team coming in to help out. Most of them I recognized from Marvel. The only one I didn't was Nocturne. The rest, I knew. Now, this is a nice job of ending this little two parter, and setting things up for the future. I look forward to S7 continuing to work with both Kakashi and perhaps Juriyai as well.

Glad your having fun. Nocturne is actually what happens when Nightcrawler and Scarlet Witch have a kid. She looks like a female version of her dad, has some funky possession ability, and a minor energy blast thing that she calls a hex blast. I don't think she can teleport though. As for what's next we'll just have to wait and see.

Yes its why he manages to overcome the odds so much. As for the clone thing. When I came up with the names I had forgotten about the clone and chose Japanese sounding names.

This chapter just made me lose respect for this story. I not trying to be mean but you pretty much just used a comic book cliche in the naruto vers where they haven't captured large groups of people with out a fight or death. I could under stand it back in the marvel vers but not here. Please bring the quality back up. (None of this was ment to be sarcasm or angry worded just a point of view)

Good. I really have liked this story so far but I can understand if you burn out. However I was looking forward to the return to marvel like what was written in future scenes. Here is hopeing you get inspiration and don't burnout. Peace out and relax.

I agree that this chapter is weak, but I couldn't figure out how to bring it up. I spent a long time trying to figure out how to do that. I will try and tweak the next chapter to a better grade than this one. We'll have to see if it works. It could be I've just burned myself out on this story. I hope that's not the case though because its fun to write.

If I know Peter, he is already working on a plan to free the others. And once that is done, and the chakra blocking Jutsu is removed, LOOK OUT! Its going to be a situation where people are NOT going to come out alive.

Spidey Jutsu ideas: Web-glove jutsu; be able to cover his fists with webs while pumping them up with chakra to enhanced his striking power like Sakura. Web-body shield jutsu; cover his body with webs(just like how Gaara covers his body with sand) controlling it with chakra(Spidey's webs are at least 5-10 times stronger than steel). Spider-sting(chidori) like Miles Morales the new ultimate Spider-Man. Fire web ball jutsu(your not limited to your iffinity element its just harder to learn like Kakashi). Webbing in its most liquid sticky form (it has even held the sandman and the blob).(Webangon?) web ball with spinning chakra within just like the rasengan. Web substitution. electromagnetic bio electricity to use the mark of Kaine(possible to use his whole body to burn people and not just with his hands. using chakra can allow him to form complex shapes like web hammers or giant web fists or a simple web clone. Spider-camo(invisibility like Miles Morales). and just so you know both Spidey's speed and reflexes operate anywhere between 15-40 times faster than a normal human(sometimes its 18-48 times faster). 1 second is a minute to him(thats how fast he is). Even bullets he can see in slow mo but to other people he is nothing more than a red blue blur(Even Daredevil who is kinda like Neji couldnt track his fast movements) he's supersonic. Peter is a 10 tonner at rest. By at rest, what I mean is, Peter can lift a car with as much difficulty as you would a water bottle. You're not straining yourself when you lift a water bottle, are you? That's rest strength.
Longshot when he joined the team, Nocturne was gone, Hudson could not turn into Sasquatch, and Mimic was dead, Sabretooth was a member, and they knew what was going on as they were in the Crystal Palace.
