This story was well written and purposed an interesting idea, it did however seem to fall short of doing anything ground breaking before the ending however. I suppose the only real change to this story than most of them is how calm everyone is about everything. In most stories either Xander or Jack freak out about the body swap, possesion type of deal. In this one they are both seem to put the issue at the bottom of their priority list and can go months/years without dealing with it.
This is a very interesting point of view, it has however failed to do more than set up that idea. It would of been better if it had at least been another cross over than SG1. SG1 just seems to be the most over used cross over for situations like this.

Wow. It's a pretty interesting view on Halloween possessions on the people who know the person who was, for the lack of a better word, possessing another person. I haven't read another fic with this point of view, so good job on coming up with the idea.
I don't buy it. I think Jack would have wanted to see Muppets in space even if he didn't spend time in Xander's head :) So was that Xander on the phone - checking that he had the right place?

Why won't he want to see the Muppets? And no, it was not Xander

I really, really enjoyed this chapter, what with all the Muppets talk. I can so see the characters, Hammond as Kermit, running the insane asylum that is the SGC. And Jack as the love-child of The Swedish Chef, Crazy Harry and Animal? Masterful!!!!! And so appropriately true! Half the time, his enemies don't understand him when he's speaking, he loves blowing things up and gets that maniacal glee when talking about Big.Honkin'.Spaceguns!!!!! Carter's muppet combo is so totally true. I was LOL'ing just imagining her doing Miss Piggy's karate chops, including the scream and just lost it! Teal'C as Rowlf? Good thing I wasn't drinking anything. And Daniel as Scooter? Yeah, even the glasses fit.
Don't worry about the story or what others say about the ending. I think it's fine. We hardly ever see the consequences on the other side, provided there is an other side, like here. Maybe, when the muse strikes, you can have an expansion of the aftermath of Jack's collapse, where he talks with his team about that strange 'dream' he had while in a coma.
