Oh, my... Pres. Bartlett using a W&H dimensional 'tool' to help save someone who themselves saved a nearby dimension?
Even if it was an 'accidental' dimension shift for him, they still apparently used W&H resources to find and "rescue" Jeb.
That rather begs the question of how did the WW gang convince the W&R&H people to assist them?
