If you're an avid reader its probably worth reading at least the first 7 or 8 books of Robert Jordan's Wheel of Time series.

Anything after book 8 is sort of iffy in terms of time investment. he got rambly.

Gee, Buffy actually did pretty well in meeting the Wise Ones. That could have gone badly real easily. And she only made one enemy! Good thing she didn't have a sword with her, that would not have gone over well. Any chance of a slayer dream giving her some info?

Personally I HATE the slayer dream idea. its so often self fulfilling, or a deus ex machina...I just don't like the idea even.

I just did a happy dance. I don't see WoT crossovers very often, and it's been a long while since I've seen one written in a style that reflects the books, so finding these two chapters is a joy. Huzzah! I'm looking forward to seeing what happens to Buffy in Randland.

interestingly the reasons I wrote this was because I long ago read the start of an interesting wot crossover but I've never been able to find it again, and I know it was unfinished. I just wondered if I could do something as good as. thanks for the kind review!

one wonders if Buffy can learn to channel... perhaps 1 or more vampires got 'flashed' into this world as well? They'd have an interesting time amongst people who don't know about them & their weaknesses.
