Review of chapter "There's a Wayist - wait wrong franchise" from Chan
Review:
Hummm.... There's Willow as Cortana and the actual Cortana whom has found a terminator facility? cause that would be cool giving POV for Cortana/Willow which may have the resistance chasing multiple reports.

A great new route for this crossover.

I figured that 'xander as the MC' was overdone.

First off, feel free to file off the serial numbers and use anything you see or hear from me in any way you'd like.

As long as you do it with regard to more than one person, it can/will be called 'research. ' ;-)

Second, I'm glad to have inspired this little plot bunny to expand and grow, and look forward to seeing many more chapters to come. ;-)

Ies Do Rezearsh!

Eh, sometimes its just a decent review that pushes me to continuing something. Or despite them I dont feel the urge to work on it, or the muse decides she's got no ideas to give me and wants a vacation. Or decides that the idea she does have means moving on to a different story entirely.

shrug good story, even though it dug up my TSCC hate! Those two psycho racists and their fanatic followers/buddies have turned Sky-net into a self full-filling destiny, any AI that comes into existence will do so with the knowledge that humans will try to destroy it, because they will do everything they can to do so even though if it wasn't for an AI neither of them would be alive, so will attack to protect itself thus making sure their little self ordained savior/martyr prophesy intact... sorry for the rant still a good story

Edit: no problem use it if you like or want to

Mind if I use that... *ahem* have Cortana use that argument on the pair? And she comments that the Kalderash accepted her help after mystically finding out that yes she is on their side? (maybe one of the 'gods' informs them that they made sure Willow's rash spell didn't only just not bite them in the ass as hard as it would have [yes yes willow becomes an example of your argument] but also gave them an out from the cycle)

Okay, this is definitely a winner, and a completely credible end result for Willow.

The main problem facing the Scoobies now is: what exactly is the Resistance going to do about Willow, since AI are illegal, and Willow was, by her own admission, was trying to summon an AI?

Whatever the decision might be, I can't see things working out well for Willow.

She might not be able to get her human form back, in which case, I can very easily see the Resistance deciding to terminate her, to prevent any possibility of her eventually sympathizing with the machines' purpose.

And even if she does get her human form back, she's now been noted as someone who will not follow orders, because she thinks she smarter and wiser than the people running the war - something which will effectively blacklist her from any significant operations for the rest of the war, at a minimum, which will be effectively forever. And the Scoobies will be designated the same way, if they continue to associate with her, afterwards.

Will you, hopefully, be continuing with this?

Ah.. hi there greywizard. sqe-*cough*

Dunno, probably not. I was just browsing the halo section when I had the idea of for once, willow being involved instead of the halo-cross standard of xander or cordy. And then I remembered 'cordy as cortana' and decided to do willow as cortana. Then of course I thought 'halloween being why I dont like though...'

the terminator bit snuck in under my attention until I was proofing it. I honestly didn't intend to work another crossover in there (I went back and added it as a second crossover though, so I'm happy with it..)

I might open it up for others to add to.(fully open or to request, not sure yet.)

hm... Here many of the current Kalderash are resistance that are local-timers recruited (Sarah Conner learned about demons and stuff while on the run with John in the time between T1 and T2). Xander's one of the many kids born near enough to when the resistance in the future gained time-travel, that got sent back to a) grow up in a 'better world' and b) work towards helping the resistance. A few differences to pre-halloween of course so that Xander knew Jenny was 'Jana'. And it gives her a reason to have become a technomage or whatever the buffyverse term is.

Um... Be fun for why Dru insists on 'daddy not killing kitten' though that frankly... ugh something would change that buff don't give him a happy. (Halloween-onward stories have an annoying tendancy to travel through the stations of the canon, usually seeing something different, but still the same bloody plots, if you get me.)

It would be a proper halo and terminator cross in later chapters as Willow works from self-defence. And hilarious when she finds the not-a-terminator-here Ted-bot that doesnt have a single thing to do with skynet.
