Review of chapter "Daring, Nerve, and Chivalry" from Den
Review:
Great story! I love the idea of Willow being related to the Weasleys and Tara... oh dear god I love how you put Tara in there too!

I like Willow's powers and how they were changed by the Hellmouth I'm assuming, and the fact her eyes go black when she uses her powers when she's angry just like they did in Buffy. That was really a bonus.

I can see all of this happening, it really is a good story. Mind updating soon?

Great story! I do hope you will continue this one day - it's intriguing to see this take on Willow in Hogwarts, and wandless magic.

Review:
This is a great fic. I love it. I am glad to find a fic where Willow starts hogwarts at 11 like normal instead of going late or when she is fully grown. I can't wait to see where you go with this. Especially how you deal with buffy when it gets there if you go that far. I am loving it. I love Willow and Tara's relationship it's sweet. Please write more soon. Also you have kept the characters true to themselves. I also think you did a good job with willow. I think given what has happened to her i can easily see her becoming more outgoing alot earlier. Keep up the fantastic work and please update soon.

Hey there! Thanks for your review! I'm glad you like the story so much. I honestly can't tell you when the next chapter will go up. I have too many ideas floating around in my head, and my brain refuses to focus on any one in particular for long enough to write down anything of a certain length. I will try my best to update as soon as I can, but I can't say when that will be.

Thanks again for your review. Wishing you and yours all the best! ^_^

Review:
Very cool, hints of Evil Willow but with control.

And a way to make some Slytherins stay on the side of light.

Very nice story, thanks!

Tom.

My favorite points have already been well said by Rebecca and others, so I'll just say that I stayed up too late plowing through this story and enjoyed it immensely, and hope that further updates come soon! Thanks for writing! :)

Review of chapter "Daring, Nerve, and Chivalry" from RebeccaAshling
Review:
I'm really enjoying this story. Buffy will no doubt be making an appearance at some point. Wonder if they'll hit it off like they did in canon. The friendship between Willow, Tara and Neville is sweet. Definite signs of Willow/Tara crushage. If you have one of those Rowlingesque epilogues, they'll undoubtedly be wed and shepherding their sprogs to the Hogwarts train. And it's ironic how, by NOT pursuing House politics, Willow is building a powerbase. It'll make things ways easier for Harry later on when she is called on to contribute. You must introduce Willow to Luna. It'll be interesting to see such quirky characters interact. Look forward to the next chapter :)

Many Thanks for your review! I'm so glad you liked it. I wish I could tell you when the next chapter will be posted, but my life contains a major distraction at the moment in the form of Mass Effect 3. I'll update when I have time and when inspiration strikes, and I'll probably be continuing the trends you've noticed. I hope you like what's to come. Thanks again! ^_^

OOHH! Love it! Willow learning early on how to control her darker side! Maybe Dumble is going to help her this time around instead of ignoring it like he did with Tom?

Review:
Oh, I say give in the Dark Side, Willow! Mwa-ha-ha-ha! I absolutely *loved* Dark Willow and would love to see her come out to play. I say Wills should depose Voldewanker and become the new Dark Lord - I'll bet *she's* at least read the Evil Overlord List and would actually be *competent* at the job. :-)

Embrace your inner darkness, Willow! As I've said before, the white hats are boring goody-two-shoes, while the black hats have a much better compensation package... :-)
Comments from author:
Oh, Dark Willow will always be a part of the character. It just takes the right stimuli to bring her out and take dominance over the rest of Willow. She might give into her hate and anger later on in the story, but she'll remain just plain old Willow for now. And even if Dark Willow is cool, regular Willow is just fine on her own. :-)

Review of chapter "Daring, Nerve, and Chivalry" from grd
Review:
Willow rocks! She can learn to be a true Slytherian and not the idiot bullying that the House has become known for.
Comments from author:
Yes, Willow is a rather awesome character. I always felt that JKR was rather arbitrary with her house assignments. Not all Gryffindors really belonged there. Peter Pettigrew and Percy Weasley would have fit better in Slytherin, in my humble opinion. And it seemed as though there were no bad students outside of Slytherin. With two adults as exceptions, JKR wrote Slytherin as 'the bad house,' not the cunning and ambitious house that she pretended it was.

Anyway, rant over now. Thanks for your review. ^_^

Review:
Well, I have enjoyed your latest addition to the story. I'm enjoying the world and the different points of view, and I'm especially enjoying that you're creating new plot moments, but trying to express the established parts of the characters as well as possible.
Comments from author:
Thank you! I do worry about keeping the canon elements feeling in character, so I'm glad you think I'm keeping things realistic. I'll try my best not to disappoint with future installments.

Review of chapter "Daring, Nerve, and Chivalry" from AllenPitt
Review:
I'm glad Willow finally revealed her secret muggle-ness. The longer it took to come out, the more she'd look like she was ashamed of it. Now it makes her look stronger. (not afraid of Draco and all that). And now, a few allies, cool.
It's probably a good idea to not have her be close friends with the trio, after a point she turns into a Mary Sue if she's got too much going for her.
The one thing that's kind of sad about this storyline is, Willow & Buffy will likely never become 'best friends' as in the show (well, for seasons 1-3 anyway, they kind of drifted apart a bit after that). Maybe Willow can visit Sunnydale during a summer?
Comments from author:
I am hardly going to rule out a strong Buffy/Willow friendship. They started off as fellow social outcasts banding together, but they became so much more. Willow started off the series drawing strength from Buffy, so I'm thinking that when Buffy does eventually join the cast (and she will at some point or another), she and Willow may start off on a more equal footing this time around. But that's something that's not going to happen for a very long time.

Thank you so much for your review. I hope you're doing well, friend. :-)

Review of chapter "Mirrors" from RebeccaAshling
Review:
You know, I never before quite grasped what a seriously nasty piece of kit the Mirror of Erised is. People of good will such as Willow will have their hearts broken through regret. Persons such as Voldemort who do not suffer from regret would be unaffected by the Mirror, I think. Glad to see that Willow is coping with Hogwarts and Slytherin. Loved the present Tara gave her and the fact that she got to have a one-to-one with Jesse and Xander. Will Buffy be making an appearance later in this story? Look forward to the next chapter.
Comments from author:
I had not intended for Buffy to make any appearances prior to when she shows up in the TV series, which would be around Book Five or Six of Harry Potter, timeline-wise. I don't know how far this story will go, or how long it will last, but if it does go that far, then Buffy will definitely be a part of it. And yeah, the Mirror can be terribly unkind to those who don't deserve it.

Thanks for the review! I hope you're well. :-)
