Review of chapter "Interlude(2): In the middle of Something" from Omegaprime
Review:
Wow, things are getting interesting in this galaxy with people learning many things.
Simon learned that age hasn't dulled Xander down but made him sharper.
Jack learned that even that if you are powerful, smart and a total badass there is someone out there that is more powerful, smarter and even more badass than you and that this person still looks out for her friend.
Liara learned that even though she runs the Shadow Broker business Willow still owns it.
But why is Willow interested in the human side of the Asari/Non-Asari relationship?
Unless...
Well...
Family Trees?
This is going to be VERY interesting. *evil grin*
Keep up the good work.

Grate Stuff, As a huge bioware fan it hard to find good stories based on there work, yours are by far one of the best. your narrative is greatly in line with the Mass Effect series. If i had any criticism of your work It would be that there is too much of a supernatural element, However that is my own taste. Keep up the grate work and thanks for writing

Review:
love it, grunt would just see it as another fight, Jack would be intrigued, Mordin would probably want to resurrect and flay Walsh alive (Poor research practices) Garrus would accept it, Kasumi... who knows, Joker would probably be the hardest to get to accept... Tali and Legion are the odd ducks out, could take the info well, could not so much...

Review of chapter "After Action Report (1)" from Omegaprime
Review:
Oh wow, I knew TIM was a jerk but to do what he did to that other colony, yesh.
But I hope TIM is smart enough not to sign up with WR&H after this taste test with... Kennedy's SOUL!!!? What the heck are they doing, make Willow go into Darth Willow mode again?
Wait a second, Kennedy's soul + Faith's body might equal Darth Willow with a possibility of Darth Xander.
YIKES.
But for now the Normandy crew now has to deal with the revelation of Xander's and Willow's powers and the true nature of everything plus magic as well as Miranda's condition.
But now I wonder how a certain Asari mother is going to deal with her daughter's condition and how a certain lady's loyalty mission will go with a few extra people added to it.
Keep up the good work.

Honestly, this chapter was probably the weakest I've seen from you in a very long time. Despite Xander having decent speaking roles and your deviations from canon in such ways as Morinth's presence, the entire second half just falls off the rails into 'canon transcript'. Ashley seems almost schizophrenically bipolar; raging at one moment then springing back to defend Shepard - even if reluctantly - the next. She also has a fairly unreasonable lack of interaction with Xander given their past, you do nothing to patch the plot hole of "where the shit was she when the fighting was going on?", you likewise leave the gaping plot hole of her not believing the Collectors did it despite THEM BEING RIGHT THERE IN FRONT OF HER, and so forth and so on. There are a handful of scenes like this where it seems like you've gone "Mehh, too lazy to add more of my own lines" and go very close to canon despite the presence of all your butterflies in the timeline, but this is probably the worst example yet.
EDIT: I'm sure if you continue to ignore your own continuity, I'm sure you'll continue to disappoint me further and further. And I'm not sure the comparison to gamers and BioWare is entirely apt here, since I've got not one but two stories that have each garnered more hits and reviews than all seventeen of yours put together. It would appear - at least in the eyes of the audience that we share - that I know a little something about writing, no? :)
EDIT 2: ...are you not aware that your stats are publicly listed on this site? O_o
Comments from author:
Its good to know that as low an opinion as you hold for my work . I can still manage exceed those low expectations and disappoint you even more. Indeed I take it as compliment that your criticism could have been copied word-for-word from those whining willies on the BSN forums who have never produced a tripleA game title in their lives yet feel they know better then Bioware how to write a good story.
I look forward to hearing what you think of the rest of the story as your spitefilled diatribes have often been the fuel that drives this beast forward
EDIT: Wow you pay enough attention to something i do for fun and as a hobby to come up with a statistical comparison. If you turn out to have some kind of alter set up with pictures and candles I'll be very touched ... creeped out ...but touched.
And youre waving your hitcount at me...that is so totally cute. Tell me when you talk about your hit count do you hear a Berry White classic playing in your head or is it a Luther Vandross slowjam. Do you just close your eyes and think about taking that special someone and just bending them over and doing them with that thick meaty hitcount? :-)
Thanks for reading ... and I really do mean that ... honestly I do.

I was always annoyed at how quickly Ash turned in ME2. and her issues in ME3 had me wanting to shoot her a bit. well Horizon is done, will Mori be saved or will she become as she did in ME3? keep up the good work
Doesn't matter how often I play the game or read fic - Kaidan/Ashley require a thorough slap and a kick up the arse. Looking forward to your version of that :)

Something occurred to me recently. When you're done with this story, you will need to pull off a miracle to top it. Seeing as this is still the second part of the ME trilogy, I'm hoping you can.
Comments from author:
I have a few ideas some of them are even good ones :-)
Simone, you should've realized by now that Xander doesn't watch Slayers kill evil monsters, he helps them out in any way possible.
I hope the gang can help her out before she does something stupid but it will probably be too late. I also see that the owner is probably trying to get the thief of her body killed.
At least Zaeed found out the reason behind why Shepard had to yank that stick out his ass.
Can't wait for the conclusion of this "small" battle and see if Ashley is still around and wants a little payback on someone who didn't call her to tell her that he is ok.
Keep up the good work.

Here is the wiki entry *** Precise and lethal, this focused-radiation weapon is very effective against shields, barriers, and armor.
The amount of energy required to create a destructive beam is several orders of magnitude more than the amount needed to launch a high-velocity projectile via a mass effect field.
The weapon you've retrieved appears to be a beam weapon of Collector origin, but efforts to understand the technology and replicate it have failed. With enough research, Normandy's engineers may be able to produce beam weapons, perhaps on a large scale.
*****
Very useful in fight and very dangerous in right hands
