I think this is the first MLP/Buffy crossover I've read and I love it.
The ponies all seem nicely in character, plus the idea of making
Xander into a dragon rather than a pony was a clever idea.
Plus Xander isn't all-powerful-Xander, which is very good, he has both abilities and limitations.

Looking forward to the next chapter very much.

I love this story!

I saw a mistake though: Near the end of the paragraph that has Rainbow Dash listing off ideas for jobs Xander could do you say Thunderbolts instead of Wonderbolts.
