This is the only Universe(Buffy/Atvs) I read. Your fics are the only ones that I have been able to follow “live” as I came only into this Universe 1 year back. Thank you so very much.

As with the last chapter, the new histories of the characters continue to intrigue while remaining recogniseable as the characters we knew originally; all that remains to be answered is what Angel and Buffy are like in this world (Although I also have some suspicions about the Mayor)...

That maid was just a maid. I was having trouble figuring how to fit Cordelia directly into the narrative of this chapter (I toyed with several ideas I just couldn't make work) so eventually I decided to just have her feature more indirectly, as that was what I could make fit into the narrative.

Angel and Buffy (and Faith too, actually) will feature in the next chapter.

And I'm glad you caught the tiny mention of the Mayor. He won't be important much in this fic, and his ultimate plans are altered compared to how they were in the Show, but he will show up in the second fic I have planned.

Yes, there is more than one Slayer.

Angel will probably show up, if things pan out as I have planned, in chapter 3.
