Loved the story and love this series.

I can so see Simon telling the story this way! Just a few digs at Jayne, eh?!

Can't wait to see who tells the next "bedtime story"

Just a 'few' digs -- but I suspect that River gave him a very clear idea of what would happen if he said TOO many unkind things about her honey!

Review:
Well ... that was really positive if one considered who told the story and that he is not Jaynes greatest fan.
And really imaginative. Never knew the proper one had it in him.

Thanks for reviewing! I'm going to stick with the argument that after several years of being in a relationship with Kaylee and having to come to terms with River and Jayne being more than just acquaintances, Simon would've loosened up considerably (even enough to make a light reference to his having had a hamster named after him, which had seemed to bother him a great deal, compared to the honors Jayne received as the hero of Canton!).
