I'm happy I stumbled across those (though confused about missing it in the first place) and it reads a bit familiar so perhaps a I caught it over at the Rooftop, but it's still an excellent read. I like that Castiel was able to think and that Purgatory's souls cringed at the presence of a Slayer. That alone is an interesting concept and one I'd liked to see explored further since it lends itself to so many possibilities. I love it when a story makes me think. :) Thank you for sharing!
I like this way more than what happened on the show. I don't think I'll ever forgive the writers for killing off Castiel. (Or Bobby, for that matter.)
I'm glad that Willow and Buffy were able to save Cas. I love that Buffy comforted Castiel at the end, 'cause he probably needed some comfort pretty desperately at that point (even if -- or maybe especially because he felt he didn't deserve it).

Everytime I think about Castiel being killed off, a little part of me shrivels up... I haven't even had the heart to watch the episode with Bobby yet, I'll be scared for life. Yes, I like the idea of a Buffy and Willow intervention much better. :P Thanks again for reading and reviewing!
