Both endings were entertaining, but the first was much more in tune with what I know of the Olympic Gods. They were known far and wide for being petty, after all.

Having read both the endings, the first one was the better of the two.

This story had a humorous spin on it and Xander getting dog-piled by a bunch of girls is funnier than being stuck in a room for a while.

I loved this so MUCH!!

& in this version she did not do something that would make a team that took out a god mad at her.

You know, given how mind-bogglingly tough Glorificus was in a borrowed human body, a goddess in her actual divine form would have to be tougher still. For Xander to be able to hit her hard enough for her to feel pain let alone raise a welt, with a rubber band gun no less, implies certain things about either Xander or that gun or both.

Did Samuel Colt make a rubber band gun companion to the revolver we see in Supernatural? Or has Xander picked up a little something extra over the years?

As long as you don't take it too seriously and treat it like a story rather than real life it was very funny. :3

I'm wondering like the rest of the folks here about the splashback on this event - sure, Aphrodite /started/ them into an orgy, very much against Xander's will - but wouldn't some of the other Gods/Goddesses have noticed the arrival of a ticked off cherub, followed by Her Bossines disappearing? That would have piqued their interest, and in a few cases their concern.

The Slayers are often called 'Athena's Chosen', so I'd expect Her at least to keep an eye on them; Ares as God of War as well, due to the nature of their lives; Hercules, just to try to keep the aforementioned God and Goddesses out of trouble/out of the lives of hapless mortals... Probably a few others, but those three are the ones that come to mind right off the bat...

Gotta admit, I was fairly surprised that (a) Xander wasn't off someplace by himself where the Cleveland House residents couldn't get to him, vacation /anywhere/ the hell away from them for days around this particular helliday; and (b) that Faith and Dawn did a cruel prank on him - and used an old, unknown Greek spell that evidently called upon a Pantheon known for vindictiveness and sadistic cruelty.

Even if things get stopped in time to keep everyone from blaming Xander - as they WOULD do afterwards - I can't see him forgiving the two girls for this stunt for quite some time to come.'Cause he /will/ find out who set him up...

This was perfect for today.. my buddy had one of those rubber band shooters... they rocked! I am kinda curious of the aftermath of this, part of me wants more, some of me does not.
