Review of chapter "Wedding Day" from kaekae
woah. that was much creepier then even the statue of liberty being an angel. (of course, that was the weakest of the WA eps)

Creepy. Congrats.
Comments from author:
Thanks, I really wanted to show just how powerful the angels were. Using our own, ever pervasive, technology to take over a planet has a certain appeal.

Thanks for the Review

Oh my god, that was brilliant!

You are a genius, i would love to see this as a full story, such an interesting concert but it stands perfectly as a scary one-shot.

You are a genius, marry me? :)

Edit: hehe, well i thought it the best way to complement your brilliance! :) *blushes* Your welcome i guess.

It would but it would be interesting to see like, how different fantoms deal with the end like this. It interests me and i think there are a few different ways to play with it, if you have the inspiration, if you want any help expanding it the pm me.

I would love to. You are welcome for the review and keep writing, you are great at it!
Comments from author:
I've been writing for about nine years now, but this is the first spontaneous marriage proposal I've ever gotten! thanks! In all serious though you could probably do better...

I would have liked to expand this, but where do you go from here? The Earth is dead, everything with eyes has been turned into angels (which include cats and dogs, so that's a whole new breed to worry about!) You can't exactly pop in with a blue box shaped reset button. It would kill all the drama.

Thank you very much for the review and for reading

Review of chapter "Wedding Day" from Harry
Well, that was a interesting way to end life on earth. Now, lets see how the Doctor decides to fix this mess!
Comments from author:
The Doctor can't go back and change established events. I guess the world is doomed... Then again I never mention Earth by name do I...

Thanks for the review, but this is only a one off for the hell of it. I have no intention of changing it.

The Weeping Angels are, to me, one of the scariest "monsters" ever created. And now that I've finished your short story they are once again freaking me out. Well done.

PS After reading your comment on the first reviewer about dogs and cats, does this mean there are now Weeping Garden Gnomes walking the dead Earth?
Comments from author:
Pretty much. Really I was thinking of a cat statue with wings... The idea that Weeping Angels reproduce by psyonics, possessing another, kind of leads on to that.

Moffat has a habit of taking something and making it bloody terrifying. Taking what is in effect a childhood game and making it such a lasting and memorable villain, you can't help but like it and I'm glad you liked my take on them.

As I said in my introduction this is my way of improving a formulaic Teen drama I caught while channel surfing. I honestly couldn't tell you which one, but the point is what show wouldn't be improved by throwing a Dr Who bad guy into the mix? Friends:- "the one with a Cyberman attack." You could get the same effect with Zombies, but they are a little over used these days.

Thanks for the review.

... Wow ... that was good, a little short mind you but still epically good. So in thanks a song which flies in the face of what just happened but the ironic, jokey part of me demands I link to it -
Comments from author:
As much as I might have liked there wasn't much way to make it any longer. Not without spoiling the atmosphere.

Anyway, I've spent the last two years writing an immense multiple crossover epic with so much going on there isn't space for all of it. A nice short nightmare like this clears the cogs. Not bad for something I rattled out and posted in the space of a couple of hours!

Thanks for reading and the Review.

PS I'll have a look at the video when I get a moment of time, July 2642 sounds about right. Maybe August, something might come up.
