That house is a very impractical and problematic one. It has these huge thick brick chimneys, but very thin outside walls, just one brick thick.

California is earth quake country. How do you keep the brick construction stable?

The extra bath at the master bedroom is going to be a bitch to build. It would be much easier to build if the extra bath and the walk in closets were switched. Having a bath which is only accessible through a bedroom is very annoying if you hire a cleaning lady.

A library should not have an open fireplace. Especially if you store valuable or old books in that library.

There are to may open fireplaces. If it is a new house, it should have central heating, and one fireplace in one of the rooms. If it is an old house, where are the rooms for the staff?

The kitchen is not really suitable. There should be a table seating at least 8 people.

The third floor is problematic. There are two windows on the front side of the building, but that room or rooms are not accessible.

The laundry room next to the garage is prone to freezing. How cold does it get in Sunnydale? Is this a special South Californian house style?

This room could have been a pale sea-foam green theme with the off-white, but the gray-neutral tones might even be more calming for someone with Willow's energy.
