So, I had no idea on who the old friend with the little sister in LA was until Rachel brought up her car and then I literally burst out with, "Oh my God, DOM!" LOL. I love the way you're writing the friendship between the four and how Rachel hasn't gone back to the club and is starting to get along with Shelby. Most of the time, Rachel starts to miss the other members of the club even after they treated her like crap and she ends up going back. I don't see that happening here but I could be wrong. But I think you'd be someone who'd make it believable and have groveling if you went there.
Loving the pairings that you've hinted at too, they sound awesome! And I like that you've got Cordy and Faith there, I love those two. And, despite my love for Buffy herself, it's easy for me to picture her acting like this. Like being the head (or one of the heads) of the Council got to her.
Anyway, I know it's been a few months but I really hope you decide to continue this since you chose three awesome fandoms to use and the writing is very well done and the storyline's fun to follow. :D

I was mostly enjoying the story, until Buffy started acting like Travers, then it got worse. I actually had to stop reading the last chapter because Buffy was so OOC. There was really no need for Buffy to act like an asshat, a simple "No I don't want to go" from Rachel would have solved the issues, because Buffy knows what it's like for others to make the choices for you.
Overall the story is well written, good voices, grammar and word choices are good, but setting up non issues so you can have some one knock them down isn't really good writing. Rachel is her diva self, the background choices making her more interesting, and the other three are spot on as well.
I hope others continue to enjoy this story, but I won't be one of them.
Well, the story started interesting, but I have to say this chapter really turned me off the story. So the powers that be decide that Rachel should stay in Lima? Well, all the more reason to have her moved. Don't forget the whole Angelus mess was the fault of the PTB - from getting Angel to obsess with Buffy to hiding the fact that the curse can be broken. And most of the other really bad stuff in Sunnydale and LA was as well. They have done more to hurt Buffy and co than anything else. The idea that Buffy would follow their orders, even if related through Cordy instead of the usual demon, is ridiculous. And Cordelia's claim that Buffy somehow profited from attending Sunnyhell High instead of alternate education shows how little she still understands Buffy - or what happened. That Faith would support it after all the shit the PtB have put her through just makes the situation worse. Not only that, but it prevents her from being at more important places...
While on the one hand I'm curious as to what type of torture the PtB are planning for Rachel, I don't want to go through the shit that is sure to come. The PtB always create a mess for the good guys.
Yeah Cordy!!!!!!!!!! Poor Faith. Though had to laugh when Faith understood spanish while laughing at the other three. Who's the Dark Penguine(SP?) And is Cordy the Dark Unicorn??? Now there needs to be more.
Love it :D :D :D :D maybe Oz, Wes, Faith, Cordelia, Graham and Andrew with Graham and Andrew as a couple?? can show up, I think it would be interesting to see how they relate to the Glee Club and amusing to see what friendships are formed coz I can totally see Cordelia and Faith double teaming on everyone :D :D Can't wait to see more :) Keep up the excellent work

There's been a whole rash of Rachel-turns-slayer fics as of late. I like that plotline, but it'll take some mad creativity to keep it fresh and interesting.
Also, the IWC let Rachel live alone from the age of 13? Or, do they know she was called? Her relationship to the Council/official slayer-life is sort of unclear.
