just read your story I loved it 100% you made mention of a possible sequel is that something that is still in the makes ??? hope it is because you have a very creative way of writing.

That was very good! I loved the way you slowly revealed the situation, and Buffy's downwards spiral to rock bottom. Superb. You made her believably a victim without taking away her defiant nature, or making her weak. I hope you write that sequel!

First off, I loved this whole story -- I thought it was creative and brilliant, and I loved the dialogue. Good job on the characterizations, too.

In terms of the final chapter, well, Quinn's heart is obviously in the right place, but man oh man he is *bad* about making decisions for other people. Taking away other people's agency is seriously uncool, no matter what your motives. I thought Buffy's reaction to Quinn trying to protect her that way was spot on, when she said she'd maybe forgive him one day.

Anyway, this was a powerful final chapter to a powerful story. Great work on everything!

Finally got caught up on this and I loved every moment! A very dark, heartbreaking but very *real* lesson for Buffy to learn. Wonderful job, Akat. I'm looking forward to the sequel. :)

Good ending! and I hope that 75% goes up to 100% sure soon. because I need more of this. I want to know how she gets along in this world. Will she lead a relatively normal life, or will she be the supernatural magnet she normally is?

I hope that you don't bring in any other BTVS characters seeing Buffy being on her own is great. I can't wait to see how she survives out side of the Pit. I like how you make her strong but still struggles with the vampires of this dimension.

If you jump forward 15 years is Buffy going to physically age?

I hope you write a sequel, because you left me hanging......and I need to know what happened!!!!!!!! Does Quinn survive? Does Buffy get a hand in taking down Victor? I must KNOW!!!! Lol.

I've been so bad about reviewing this, but I was serious what I was saying before. This is such a great story, akat. You've done a fantastic job of putting Buffy in a situation where she has to change and adapt in order to survive, and how she realizes at the end that surviving isn't the same as living. I love this entire story and can't wait to read the sequel!

Well, at least she has a little money to start with. No ID. She should still check (internet/phone books etc) to see if there's a Joyce / Buffy Summers in this world, things like that.
You of course have to do a sequel. It's a rule or something. 15 years later?! So she'd be 32? I sure hope slayers don't age. Actually come to think of it, they might not--none have ever lived that long before. I think 25 is the max any has ever gotten to. Anyway.
