I thought the Doctor running around and licking everything (especially Buffy) was BRILLIANT. However, I was not expecting the tragic ending. Poor Buffy.
I think you did a great job of writing all of the Doctor's issues. He's a great character and I love the show, but he has serious baggage for what he's had to do in the past and they've never really had him deal with it on the show (at least since the 9th Doctor). I'll have to read the rest of the series, but I really hope you have the Doctor and Buffy end up together. I love that pairing and the only thing that could make it better would be adding Jack.

Hehehehehe...
You haven't read "Nothing", have you? Because I've shoved in a nice little "yet" into that story that might inspire some hope for the future of the Doctor and Buffy's relationship.
And Jack does come up again (he's in Don't Be, as well, but I'm planning to bring him in again). Mainly because the idea of Jack flirting with Giles was just too funny.

Wow...for a story with the summary that includes "the Doctor keeps licking things" it turned out much more depressing then I had expected it would but I guess any story that involves the Doctor needed to regain back his memories would need to get that dark in the end. As well, you did a great job of showing what Buffy was willing to sacrifice for him and the greater good of the universe. A very heartbreaking chapter for both of them.
I'm sad to see the flirty, sexy, all about the Buffy-licky Doctor go. It was fun seeing the more open, carefree and flirtatious side of him come out especially in his interactions with Buffy.
Bravo on another amazing addition to the Line Hopper series, I'm super excited for the next stories.
P.S - Please in one of your future stories you have to include them going for ice-cream or doing something involving ice-cream. I don't care what. Your brilliant, you'll think of something great.

I think they should have explained things to him and let it be his choice. of course he probably would have chanced his mind when things got pretty bad. Still it would have been better as his own choice. But I get why you did it this way. such a sad chapter. What comes next?
Comments from author:
I was thinking about that, but Buffy never lets it be the person's own decision. It's one of her character flaws. Remember when she discovered Dawn was the Key? She never told Dawn. She likes to take the responsibility on herself, because she thinks that'll be easier for everyone else.
I'm glad you liked it! It was a terribly sad ending for a very funny story, but somehow it worked.
Next is "Riley Finn Doesn't Hate the Doctor". Which is very short and (I think) quite funny.

awesome. Buffy might have a hard time, hmm, is this the first time the Dr meets Riley? I might have an idea about his good reason. LOL.
Comments from author:
Oh, we haven't started with the relationship between Riley Finn and the Doctor. After all, you might recall that Doctor 11 knows rather a lot about the Initiative, doesn't he? Wonder how he knows all that...
I actually have written the scene where the Doctor first meets Riley. It's actually pretty funny, until it gets absolutely horrible. Here's a preview of the Doctor meets Riley (the story doesn't even have a name, yet!):
"This might be the first time I've been forced, at gunpoint, to take a bath," the Doctor said [to Riley]. "I'm glad you think so much of my personal hygiene."
Thanks for reading and commenting on my story!!!

Unless fighting means eating Buffy wouldn't be a very good Ice Cream Slayer. LOL Will Buffy be able to save him from something in this story? I hope so. He still needs to get his mind back and get the monster thingie out of it. So what did he do to Carmen?

Dun dun dun!!! I loved the Dr. sweetness, it sucks that he seems to have fallen for Mrs. Evils lies. I hope he didn't really fall for it. Looking forward to more.
