Detective al Ghul by MarcusSLazarus : I truly am enjoy this interesting Crossover between Castle & Batman , Now if i may suggest - Kate Beckett aka Talia al Ghul believes she is Ra's al Ghuls only child but what if the Talia with Bane in Dark Knight Rises , was Ra's al Ghuls Grand daughter who’s mother died in prison as told in her and Banes Dark Knight Rises back story remember in your story Ra's al Ghul did say to Kate/Talia that "I have lost much over the course of my long life, daughter," he also said "I have endured that pain before, and giving in to it just led to even greater harm; I must maintain my distance-" this could mean that Kate/Talia’s mother was not the only wife he had lost to death .

Just a thought , & I do hope your muse will make you update & continue to develop this story some more .

I'm exploring that issue in the sequels; hope they meet with your approval.

Wow! If you come up with all of this from one piece of art then just... Wow. I know I am late in reviewing and I feel terrible about it. I'm now off to read the rest and I know I'm going to love it just as much as I love this. You should feel very proud.

Very interesting continuation of this introduction to Kate and Bruce's interactions as a result of Ra's machinations. I don't go to the movies, so I'll have to decide whether to wait to read your next installment until after I buy 'Dark Knight Rises'??

And here again are my nitpicks:

Chapter 4:
"Mr Wayne?" a voice said, a slightly Russian tilt to its accent. - "lilt"
he thought about calling her back and offering him his own contact number, - "her his"

Chapter 5:
knew that she was legally entitled to report Bruce Wayne's activities - "legally required"

I love where this is going. Bit heavy on the "angst", but that is probably just personal preference.

But the thought of Bruce Wayne and Richard Castle eventually meeting... WONDERFUL!

Then again, knowing those two, they probably would have met lots before Castle and Beckett partner up...

What started as mildly interesting has just crossed over into "eye-brow raising" and intriguing.

Nice story, but Ra's needs more appropriate dialogue. It might work with the comics, but in BB and TDK not so much.

A great look into Beckett's early days at the precinct and how she still regards her past.

The more I read of this story, the more I like it. Structure, background and dialogue is perfect. The characters, as we've seen them so far, are compelling. I'm looking forward to further chapters.

Not much more planned for this story, but let's just say I'm thinking of doing something involving 'Dark Knight Rises' once I know how that film will turn out...
