Wow, I got so hooked into the story, that I was suprised and extremely disappointed at the end of the chapter to not find a next chapter button even though I knew that there were only two chapters so far.
My dear author, that was an amazing bit of work!!! A perfect blend of dark humor and plain darkness!! Not to mention the sheer badassery that shall be soon shown in even greater quantities. Very nice touch with the quote from Loveless at the bottom.

having xander just leaving sunnydale with out saying good by was a brave choice. as giles, willow and buffy would try and find him mabe even using magic to track him down. cant wait to see were you go with this but it looks fun.

Wonderful chapter! I loved the hunting scenes. I loved that he didn't geek out over Caritas, kind of a "oh well" moment for Xander. Good training bits. Interesting attempted possession. It will be interesting to see who comes looking for him once it becomes apparent that Alexander Wolf is actually still running around (i.e., the ID is still being used).
