Review of chapter "If Darcy were a Hero--or a villian [Darcy/Natasha]" from smolder
Review:
I like your Darcy - especially in the Natasha fic but when it comes to Jossverse I actually tend to automatically think of Fred (especially the scene where she shocks Connor) when it comes to tasers not Dawn. But hey, really good fics and I look forward to the others with Darcy. :)

I'm enjoying it so far. Third and fourth chapters should be Darcy/Clint and Darcy/Steve, if you're looking for challenging pairings. If you want to dabble in femslash again, you could try Darcy/Pepper or Darcy/Buffy.

Just out of curiosity... what to you makes this Buffy-related? Not being mean, just pointing out that from a reader's perspective, you could run F&R on the words "Buffy", "Dawn", and "Summers" in this chapter and turn it into a crossover with pretty much any other property in existence. I mean, your crossover ratio is very heavily tilted toward the red at the moment. Why insist on a rather hamfisted 'real family' story when you don't have to?

I'm caught in a dilemma. The stories are great, but a part of me wishes that they were set in the "Star Spangled Man" universe. I should enjoy an authors work on its own merits. It's unreasonable of me I know, but there it is.

A rather interesting exploration of what makes a hero. Thanks for sharing! Looking for the next update.
In Star Spangled Man Darcy is possibly I Mans daughter. I think you aren't in love with the idea. I am reminded of the slashing of Amy Pond with who it turns out to be her daughter. Yikes.
