Review of chapter "Epilogue II: 5,000 Years Later" from ellf
Review:
So, I just reread this story. And I realized that I suspect things from this story will come into play in the Child of Balime series after "The Years that Never Were" story. The Doctor and Donna probably won't see adult Buffy until the very end of that bit, or during the aspect where the Master comes back, but I do think that 11 and Clara should meet Buffy and Seo at that point.

Assuming the story goes on that long.

I haven't read the chapter yet, but I had to respond to your note, because actually, some of that's been done, and some people do want it. A friend of mine slept in the JK Rowling room of a hotel in Oregon; apparently all their rooms are authors of one sort or other. http://www.sylviabeachhotel.com/

Review:
Alright. Overall, fantastic story. But it made me cry so hard at the end :'( Please tell me that there'll be another! Please! I love happy endings, and I know that's fairy-tale, but I do. If not that, could you just have the Doctor and Buffy meet again? Cause they have to, correct? Cause of the First and all? Maybe I'm reading too much into it. But I don't really care. I love this story, so, so very much! I reviewed the other stories on FanFic, but have fallen behind in the past few months due to family and financial problems. And, with all that's been going on, I really want somewhat of a happy ending. Just... please. Ranting, I know, but I don't care. This story has been amazing. The Doctor and Buffy get together! Kinda, sorta, yeah... But still. It's my dream couple (not as weird as it sounds!) And this story is just perfect. Just... amazing. With enough mood changes that make me locked up in my room, laughing insanely, crying desperately, or wooping gladly. Really, the emotions vary. It's kinda amazing you can do that, really :) Okay, I'm going to finish this off now. You're an amazing writer, and I love the way you write. You take everything into account and make it 10x better than it was. So, great job and good luck in the future. Brilliant ;)

Wow!!!!!!!! That was an absolutely amazing epilogue! Great job envisioning their version of Yom Kippur. I actually shed tears reading this.

Review:
This chapter worked for me far more than the "I've forgotten something" chapters
Comments from author:
Yeah, I know. The "I've forgotten something" chapters kind of had to be there, because this was the only season of Buffy that didn't at all work with my Buffy-Doctor universe. But in general, I don't tend to write that kind of thing. And kept coming up with annoying ideas for how to continue the stories if the universe didn't write the Doctor out.

Glad you liked the chapter.

Review:
Wow. And I loved their commandments. "No, stop worshiping me. I mean it. Stop it!" Hee, hee. Funny how they have the general gist of what happened, but so much has just slipped away over time. Very nice, if still a bit melancholy. I don't remember, does the Doctor ever go back and see Buffy post-resurrection? If not, it's no wonder it took her so long to recover (at least as much as she ever did).
Comments from author:
I haven't actually said if the Doctor ever goes back and sees Buffy post-Resurrection. You know, in "Elizabeth", that he has (in his own past) had an encounter with Buffy in 2005, but I haven't actually said whether or not the Doctor comes back for Buffy.

I have very heavily implied the answer to this question, however. And will continue to do so in "Something."

Yes, it does explain why it took her so long to recover, doesn't it? It also explains why Spike, when trying to make Buffy actually like him, chooses the alias "The Doctor".

Review of chapter "Funeral, Rewrite" from Cutiepie
Review:
So, is Joyce's death the fixed point? That would make sense, since it was Joyce's death that pushed Elizabeth over the edge, wasn't it? And since it happened in the one time line, it would have to happen in the other (almost out of the blue, like it did). So many things going on, it makes my head hurt. But in a kind of good way, if that is possible. =]

Review:
If I haven't said this before - I think your writing of the Doctor is absolutely, perfectly spot-on. Yes, he'd let someone torture him to save their minions (and has many times in canon, too). In short: You give good Doctor, LOL!

Review of chapter "Fly" from Cutiepie
Review:
I love that the Doctor is stealing away the minions that are smart enough to jump from the sinking ship. Or even the not-sinking but plague-infested ship. Whatever metaphor works best. And Glory is so . . . obtuse? that she doesn't even understand WHY they are ditching her. The absolute corruption of absolute power (despite her not having absolute power anymore). Great update, as usual!
