So very good. Please do continue. I'm looking forward to discovering if the Doctor is out of his universe (hellmouth is a dimensional conversion) and Giles knows the TV show, or if he's heard of the Doctor from the Watchers or someone from UNIT in the family.

I really, really liked this. Buffy's line about the most Britishy British person who ever Britished, and the Doctor's attempted diplomatic "I see why you go by your title" were hilarious. And I like how Buffy seemed both disgusted by and proud of her Slayer skills (gymnastics! 100% more corpses!), and how she does seem to be just settling in to her role, as opposed to her in later seasons.

And I loved the initial dress-up confusion. It was PERFECT. :)

I've only seen a few Third Doctor adventures, but as far as I can tell, you nailed him.

And the comment about the Master at the end? Brilliant.
