Review of chapter "Chapter One" from DarthTenebrus
This is a rate/review for the entire series:

You should have continued this; I think we all would have loved to see how Jedi would be found on Earth, and how their training in and study of the Force would progress. As this is taking place during the comic Season Eight, the Slayer Army and the newly-risen Jedi Order would have to remain incognito at least until the matter with Twilight is resolved. Of course, the level of technology on Earth is not as yet conducive to the construction of a working lightsaber so the new Jedi would have to make do with more modern weapons such as rifles and ordnance, but as with Luke and his history, their greatest ally is the Force.

A twist in the tale would have to occur when individual Jedi and Slayers come together as couples or bonded pairs; what would be the result of said union? Offspring could potentially be powerful wielders of the Force combined with Slaye abilities; would they be conceivably more powerful than both?

Some other ideas are popping into my head just now, but I can't immediately name them as yet; for now let's simply call it food for thought and leave it at that.

I enjoyed the series. I might like to see a longer version, retelling this with more detail and slower pacing, but that's really the only "criticism" I have. I did like how you took the literal concept of "a long time ago" and used it to set up the story.

I absolutely love how this series ended--I just love when a series ends on a "we're opening up to a whole new world" note instead of a grim note. And the interaction between Luke and Buffy was spot-on. Plus there were s'mores, so yeah, winner. ;)
